Bank Valuations:

We are on the mortgage valuations panel for several Financial Institutions. If you have any queries please call us, we would be happy to organise this for you.

Fair Deal Scheme:

The Fair Deal scheme provides financial assistance for those who require long term nursing home care. The HSE generally require a valuation of the property. We at Sherry FitzGerald Radford can carry this out for you.

Local Property Tax Valuations:

If you are unsure which category your property falls into under Local Property Tax, our agents can provide you with a written valuation to assist.

Farm Valuations:

We specialise in farm valuations. If you need a valuation for transfer of ownership, finance requirements, or for any other purposes, we can arrange same.

Transfer of Ownership:

If you are changing the ownership of a property, we can provide you with a written valuation and report. Nothing is too big or too small for us to value!

Rent reviews:

We provide rent reviews for commercial, industrial, retail and agri properties.

Probate Valuations:

Sherry FitzGerald Radford are a licensed and trusted firm and conduct Probate Valuations throughout the South East.
